MPC Professional Development

  • The Level Up Leadership Accelerator will use simulated and experiential learning to help participants develop their “2025 leadership style”: a strengths-based, values-based, creative, practical, flexible, people-focused approach for working together, resolving conflict, and getting things done in an ever-changing environment. This 3-month accelerator will help nonprofit leaders level up their skills and build a network of support.   • Nonprofit organizations are facing increasingly complex challenges. Funding interruptions, exponential growth, expanding community needs, and hard strategic choices call for a different kind of leadership from today’s Boards of Directors. Board members must now be more responsive, more collaborative, and more strategically engaged than ever. 

    The Better Boards accelerator is ideal for nonprofit Board executive leaders and those who aspire to Board executive leadership. Meeting weekly for six one-hour virtual lunch sessions, this accelerator will equip Board members to navigate their nonprofits for years to come. Learn more.

  • This 6-session accelerator will introduce participants to basic principles and skills of grantseeking and grants management. A cohort of 10 participants will build their collective skills and each receive individual feedback and review of a grant proposal of their choice.
