Level Up Leadership
Where nonprofit professionals meet the moment.
2025 has brought critical changes to the nonprofit landscape. Nonprofit leaders face budget cuts, staff reorganizations, leadership turnover, and a challenge to traditional practices. Board and staff leaders must adapt. For this, we need a different kind of professional development. A flexible, people-centered professional development that elevates our relationships as well as knowledge.
Join us for our leadership accelerators, monthly series, or CliftonStrengths facilitation - all designed to help you be the leader your community needs for 2026 and beyond.

Nonprofit organizations are facing increasingly complex challenges. Funding interruptions, exponential growth, expanding community needs, and hard strategic choices call for a different kind of leadership from today’s Boards of Directors. Board members must now be more responsive, more collaborative, and more strategically engaged than ever.
The Better Boards accelerator is ideal for nonprofit Board executive leaders and those who aspire to Board executive leadership. Meeting weekly for six one-hour virtual lunch sessions, this accelerator will equip Board members to navigate their nonprofits for years to come. Learn more.

Did you know that the most effective way to develop and empower people and teams is to help them use their strengths? Today, we are demanding more of our teams than ever before: we expect them to thrive with less, in an ever-more-stressful environment. As leaders, this moment calls us to be more intentional about investing in our teams’ productivity and their wellbeing. As a Gallup-certified CliftonStrengths coach, Melanie works with individuals and teams to pivot to a strengths-based approach to changing the world.
